Tisa Day writes and speaks from a simple conviction: girls don’t need to be fixed, they need to be formed. After years of mentoring young women through the gap between who they are and who they’re becoming, she founded God’s Visionary Leaders to put that formation into practice — one workshop, one journal page, one dinner-table lesson at a time.

Her work blends etiquette with self-worth, and confidence with character, so the poise a young woman learns in a room extends to the choices she makes when no one is watching.
